The Regional Multidisciplinary Centre of Excellence (RMCE) and the University of Mauritius are partnering to initiate a peer to peer exchange on experiences adopted by countries to safely opening borders held on 18 November through Video Conference at 13 00 (Mauritian time). This Regional Workshop will be a follow-up of the Mauritius National Workshop, which was held on 8 October 2020 at the University of Mauritius and saw the participation of local tourist industry stakeholders. Mauritius, Madagascar, Cabo Verde, Sao Tome, the Gambia and the APEI countries would also participate in the brainstorming session which would lead to develop a regional project supporting poverty alleviation in the context of APEI.
