The Regional Multidisciplinary Centre of Excellence (RMCE) is dedicated to building capacity of African nations towards effective economic integration for an inclusive and continent-wide socio-economic development.<\/p>\n
The RMCE is collaborating with the World Bank in addressing the pandemic, starting in these countries: Comoros, Madagascar, Malawi, Mauritius, Mozambique, Reunion, Seychelles, Zambia.<\/p>\n
The objective is to promote regional cooperation and a regional approach to building solutions for both the private and public sector in their response to COVID-19.<\/p>\n
The aim of this initiative is to collect data from suppliers to build a database of COVID-19 supplies. This will enable B2B connection between supply and demand and eventually, feed into wider procurement portals from international organisations. \u200b<\/p>\n
